The Board of Directors as well as the committee members of The Whole Enchilada Fiesta are pleased and excited to invite everyone to the 28th Annual Whole Enchilada Fiesta.

This year’s fiesta will take place on September 26th, 27th & 28th, 2008. We hope that you will mark your calendars and make plans to bring your family & friends to an event that has become a fabulous tradition in Southern New Mexico.

This year’s Whole Enchilada Fiesta is very much a family oriented event. The headlining entertainment will be selected to appeal to different audiences. Local musical groups reflective of the Mesilla Valley will also be onstage throughout the weekend. The Whole Enchilada Fiesta is a not-for-profit organization with no salaried employees and therefore relies heavily on volunteers. Individuals as well as civic groups are asked to lend a hand in the production and the teardown of the fiesta.
